These terms cover text messages (SMS and MMS) between you and Arbor Pro Tree Experts Co., Inc. (“Arbor Pro”).

Appointment texts

Arbor Pro Tree Experts appointment texts: when you tick “text me about this appointment” while booking an estimate, we send text messages about that appointment: confirmation, reminders, schedule changes and when the estimator is on the way. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; we will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 303-935-0005 or email scheduling@arborprotree.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

Texting us first

Texting us first. You can text photos and questions about your trees to our business text line — the number is coming soon; until then, email scheduling@arborprotree.com or call 303-935-0005 — without booking anything. We reply only to what you send us, and only about your trees. Texting us does not sign you up for any other messages. Reply STOP at any time and we will not text you again; reply HELP, call 303-935-0005 or email scheduling@arborprotree.com for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from Arbor Pro; you will get one final message confirming it. Reply HELP to any message, call 303-935-0005, or email scheduling@arborprotree.com. Opting out of texts does not stop calls or emails about work you have scheduled.
