Arbor Pro Tree Experts Co., Inc. (“Arbor Pro,” “we,” “us”) operates arborprotree.com and provides tree care services in the Denver metro area. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, book an estimate, or do business with us, and what we do with it.
When you book an estimate
When you book an estimate we collect your name, phone number, email address and the property address, and we keep a record of your consent (time, wording version and IP address). We use them to schedule and carry out the estimate and to contact you about it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Photos and messages you text us. When you text us pictures or questions, we keep them with the record of your property so our arborists can answer and follow up on the trees in them. We do not share them with anyone for marketing, and we do not use your number to send you other messages unless you ask us to. If you tick the newsletter box when booking, we email the newsletter to that address until you unsubscribe from the link in any issue.

What else we keep
- Service records: what we inspected, proposed, scheduled and performed at your property, including photographs our arborists take of your trees for the estimate.
- Payment information is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Website use: our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. Our public pages (never the booking pages) may use Google Ads measurement to count visits and clicks on our phone number and Book button. Google may set its own cookies to do this. It never receives anything you type into our booking form, and we never use Google call-forwarding numbers. Nothing else on this site sets cookies or loads third-party plugins.
How we use it
To schedule and perform the work you ask for; to send estimates, confirmations, reminders and invoices; to keep the service history for your property so we can advise you accurately in future seasons; to comply with pesticide record-keeping required by the Colorado Department of Agriculture; and to run the business. Nothing we ask you for will be used for anything except helping you take care of your trees.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business — our messaging carrier, our payment processor, our scheduling and invoicing system — and only what each needs to do its job. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
Customer records are kept on systems we control, with access limited to the people who need it for their work. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will tell you.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by calling 303-935-0005 or emailing scheduling@arborprotree.com. We keep service records for as long as we serve the property and as the law requires.
